CSCS Smart Check App

Developed by the 38 card schemes displaying the CSCS logo, CSCS Smart Check is designed to improve the construction industry’s card checking procedures and site safety while also helping tackle fraud in the sector.

The free app gives users a simple solution to check all CSCS Partner Scheme cards in one place. Rather than separate apps, web portals and call centres, CSCS Smart Check means all sites and projects can undertake checks to assess if people are qualified and competent for their role when entering a project.

All cards carrying the CSCS logo will be checked by the app and those that are not smart will have the option of using a manual entry check. The idea is to eventually move non-smart schemes across to fully smart solutions.

Please note the following schemes will be going live on the app at a later date:

  • CSWIP

  • LEEA

For these schemes, users should proceed with the usual method of validation.
