Stress can have a seriously detrimental impact on employees physical and mental health and affect their behaviour, work performance and how they interact with their work colleagues. Stress is one of the main causes of long-term sickness. Employers can put measures in place to tackle stress in the workplace and support their employees, eg, by conducting stress risk assessments. As a result of this workshop, participants will understand: Why manage stress at work To recognise and understand what stress is To gain a greater awareness of stress within the workplace To identify how to spot stress within your team To develop coping mechanisms to deal with stress Duration: ½ day
