HSE is supporting the development of a new online service for employers, which will provide advice and guidance on managing health and disability in the workplace.
The service may be particularly beneficial for small businesses without in-house HR support, or access to an occupational health service.
The guidance can help you with:

Good practice
Managing absences and keeping in tough
Having conversations with your employee(s), in and out of work
Deciding on changes to help them stay, or come back to work
