1. What courses do you offer?

We deliver a wide range of accredited Health & Safety and construction compliance courses, including CITB (HSA, SMSTS, SSSTS), IOSH (Managing Safely, Leading Safely), First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Working at Height, Fire Marshal, CAT & Genny, PASMA Towers for Users, and NPORS operator competence. We also run our own CPD-accredited YCDI certified courses and Building Safety Act 2022 awareness workshops.  We have over 300+ courses to choose from.

2. Where are your training venues?

We have a modern training venues in Stoke-on-Trent, we also deliver on-site, virtual and in-house training across England, Scotland, and Wales.

3. Can you deliver training at our site or premises?

Absolutely. We offer both on-site and in-house delivery nationwide (England, Scotland & Wales). The quality, structure, and outcomes are consistent whether you come to us or we come to you.

4. Who are your trainers?

All of our trainers are Chartered Members of IOSH (CMIOSH) with 30+ years of real-world experience or qualified in their specialist field. They maintain ongoing CPD and annual accreditation renewals to stay current.

5. What accreditations do you hold?

We're accredited by CITB, IOSH, UKATA, QNUK, MHFA, NPORS, and PASMA. We also hold ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, verified by Qualitas IMS, we are also Cyber Essentials certified.

6. What is your pass rate?

Our pass rate is 99%+, backed by practical, plain-English delivery that focuses on real understanding — not just memorising slides.

7. How much do your courses cost?

Course prices range from £99 to £1,300 depending on the course. We also offer bundled packages with 11–18% discounts, and team/annual packages with up to 25% off for pre-purchased credits.

8. What payment options are available?

Individuals can spread the cost over 3 clear payments. Business clients can apply for 30-day credit terms.

​

9. How many delegates can attend a course?

Each course session has a maximum of 20 delegates, ensuring everyone gets proper attention and interaction.

10. Do you offer discounts for teams or bulk bookings?

Yes. We offer team packages (discounts for 5+ delegates), annual partnership options with pre-purchased credits, and role-based bundles such as site-ready and supervisor essentials packages.

11. Do you provide a Learning Management System (LMS)?

Yes — qualifying clients with an annual spend of over £4,000 get free access to our LMS, which tracks competence, monitors renewal dates, and stores pass records centrally.

12. How do you help us track certificate renewals?

We proactively track renewal dates and send reminders at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. Our LMS and centralised records via SimplyLog help prevent certificate lapses and keep you audit-ready.

17. What do I receive after completing a course?

You'll receive your official certificate from the relevant awarding body, along with any course books or handouts. We also store your records centrally so you (or your employer) can access them later.
