Over the last twenty five years working in the construction industry I have attended literally hundreds of courses both in house and external for various companies, this course and every aspect about it was leagues ahead of all of the ones I've been on.
The atmosphere was relaxed but extremely professional, with Shaun as our host I learnt more off this SSSTS course that on any I've been on. Shaun's personalised approach put everyone at easy immediately with genuine interest in all of our backgrounds within the industry and likewise was extremely interesting for us to interact and ask him questions during the course.
With tea and coffee and a great selection of biscuits (bourbon creams top of my personal list!) we were able to all go through scenarios about the SSSTS course in a easy to take on board way; from conversations not feeling awkward, to asking questions, Shaun made the learning a lot easier than the run of the mill (read this page ,write this down approach from tutors in the past with courses that I've been on!) his hearts and minds type of approach is extremely impressive how he gets everyone involved in a way that leaves no one left out and feeling a sense of achievement and camaraderie. From the wide range of subjects we covered in the two days I even got chance to show off my Italian language knowledge ...!!
